How to Measure
Chest: Stand up straight with your arms hanging down in a relaxed posture and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Stand upright and run the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist. This is usually where the belly button is.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is typically midway between your crotch and your belly button.
